You will be notified about your appointment by email 24 hours beforehand so that you have time to cancel or switch your day if need be.

All coaching will take place virtually on zoom. You’ll receive the link one hour before your appointment within a final reminder email.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Also, it’s highly suggested that you prepare any questions or concerns you have about the course ahead of time to make the best use of your allotted time.
